Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a display device and a manufacturing method therefor. The display device comprises an anode layer, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a luminescent material layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein there is at least one electron injection layer; at least one high-impedance layer is also provided between the at least one electron injection layer and the cathode layer; and the resistivity of the electron injection layer and the resistivity of the cathode layer are both smaller than the resistivity of the high-impedance layer. According to the display device and the manufacturing method therefor provided in the present disclosure, the problem of a short circuit between a cathode and an anode of the display device caused by particulate matter can be ameliorated, thereby significantly reducing the number of dark spots on a panel of the display device, and thus improving the yield of the panel of the display device.
