Abstract:
[Problem] To enable accurate understanding of each of a plurality of acoustic wave images on a device which displays a plurality of acoustic wave images including photoacoustic images. [Solution] A first acoustic wave image is displayed using a first display color, and a second acoustic wave image is displayed using a second display color. A first menu sheet (Npa) which displays a first menu icon (Fpa) group for specifying processing to be applied to the first acoustic wave image and a second menu sheet which displays a second menu icon group for specifying processing to be applied to the second acoustic wave image can be selectively displayed on a menu icon displaying means (15T) by manipulating a selection tab (Tpa, Tdp) provided to each menu sheet. When the first menu sheet (Npa) is displayed, the first menu icon (Fpa) group is displayed using the first display color, and when the second menu sheet is displayed, the second menu icon group is displayed using the second display color.
