Abstract:
Provided are a display device and a method for controlling the display device. The display device comprises a display unit, a first signal input unit, a second signal input unit, and a control unit. The control unit measures a signal input time difference, which is the time difference between when a first signal is received from a source device by a first signal input unit and when a second signal is received from the source device by a second signal input unit. The control unit performs an operation for controlling a signal output time of the first signal received by the display device, the signal output time being controlled, on the basis of the measured signal input time difference, in a multi-display environment in which the display device receives the first signal and another display device receives the second signal.
