A display device (100) and a method for fabricating same. The display device (100) comprises a transparent display area (100a) and a main display area (100b). The display device (100) comprises a pixel definition layer (30). The pixel definition layer (30) comprises a first pixel definition layer (31) and a second pixel definition layer (32). The first pixel definition layer (31) is located in the transparent display area (100a). The second pixel definition layer (32) is located in the main display area (100b). The absorbance degree of the first pixel definition layer (31) is less than that of the second pixel definition layer (32).
