Abstract:
The disclosed embodiment relates to a display device and a method for manufacturing same, the display device having enhanced coating. A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display panel for displaying an image; and a frame coupled so as to surround the outer edge of the display panel. The frame comprises: a base member; an upper coating layer which coats the top of the base member; and a lower coating layer which coats the lower surface of the base member. According to the disclosed embodiment, cracks can be prevented from forming during slitting, and excessive camber and twisting can be prevented.
