Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device 10 is provided with: a CF substrate 11a; an array substrate 111b that is superposed so as to face the CF substrate 11a and has a portion serving as a CF substrate non-overlapping part 11b1 not overlapping the CF substrate 11a; a driver 12 that is mounted so as to be superposed on the CF substrate non-overlapping part 11b1 on the same side as the CF substrate 11a; a CF substrate flexible substrate 14 that is connected to the CF substrate 11a and has a portion disposed so as to overlap the driver 12; a spacer part 22 that is disposed so as to be interposed between the CF substrate flexible substrate 14 and the driver 12 and has an insulation property; and a spacer continuation part 23 that is disposed so as be superposed on at least a portion not overlapping the driver 12 within the CF substrate non-overlapping part 11b1 on the same side as the CF substrate 11a, and is continuous with the spacer part 22.
