Abstract:
This display device comprises: a substrate having a first surface, a side surface, and a second surface on the side opposite from the first surface; a pixel unit positioned on the first surface, the pixel unit including a light-emitting element; a first connection pad positioned on the first surface near an end edge of the substrate and electrically connected to the pixel unit; a second connection pad positioned on the second surface near the end edge; and side surface wiring positioned extending from the first surface to the second surface via the side surface, the side surface wiring connecting the first connection pad and the second connection pad. The sizes of the first and the second connection pads are mutually different.
