Abstract:
A display device (1) includes: a display screen (DS); a display part (DP) including display elements (DE) that emit light to the display screen (DS) side; and a sensor part (SP) that is provided between the display screen (DS) and the display part (DP), and that detects a touch or pressure with respect to the display screen (DS). The sensor part (SP) comprises: a first conductive layer (24) which includes drive electrodes (22) and pressure detection electrodes (23) that are formed in a shape so as to mesh with each other, at least partially, on the same plane; a second conductive layer which includes a touch detection electrode (26) disposed so as to be, in plan view, superposed on at least a portion of the pressure detection electrodes (23) on the side more toward the display screen (DS) than the first conductive layer (24); and an elastic layer (21) which is disposed at least between the first conductive layer (24) and the display part (DP), which has a Young's Modulus not greater than 0.1MPa, and which has a thickness (t) not greater than the value of the meshing pitch (λ) between the drive electrodes (22) and the pressure detection electrodes (23) in the first conductive layer (24).
