Abstract:
The present invention relates to a display device for performing and completing initial setting more quickly and easily and a method for operating same, the display device comprising: a wireless communication unit which wirelessly connects to a peripheral display device; and a control unit for controlling the wireless communication unit so as to request setting information to the peripheral display device, wherein the control unit can perform initial setting by means of setting information received from the peripheral display device.
