Abstract:
Provided is a display device with which it is possible to display high-quality images. This display device has a first electroconductive layer, a second electroconductive layer, a light-emitting layer, and a lens. The light-emitting layer is provided on the first electroconductive layer, the second electroconductive layer is provided on the light-emitting layer, and the lens is provided on the second electroconductive layer. The lens includes a material having photosensitivity. Edges of the lens are positioned outward from edges of the light-emitting layer and edges of the second electroconductive layer. Furthermore, the display device has an insulating layer, the insulating layer having a region in contact with the upper surface of the lens, a region in contact with the side surfaces of the second electroconductive layer, and a region in contact with the side surfaces of the light-emitting layer.
