Abstract:
The display device according to the present invention is provided with a support member (1A), a plurality of lenses (2B, 2C), and a plurality of image supply sources (3). The plurality of lenses (2B, 2C) are each in the shape of a cylinder. The support member (1A) supports the plurality of lenses (2B, 2C) in such a manner that the plurality of lenses (2B, 2C) are adjacent to each other by the side surfaces thereof and that the plurality of lenses (2B, 2C) are arranged along a predetermined support surface. The plurality of image supply sources (3) are respectively fixed to the plurality of lenses (2B, 2C) at respective positions where the plurality of lenses (2B, 2C) and the support surface are opposed to each other, and input the same image to the plurality of lenses (2B, 2C). The support surface has a concave shape. Each of the lenses (2B, 2C) has a refractive index of 2 or greater.
