Abstract:
This display device comprises a display region including a plurality of pixels, and a frame region that surrounds the display region. The display device includes: a thin-film transistor layer; and a light-emitting element layer in which a plurality of light-emitting elements are formed, each including a first electrode, a function layer, and a second electrode and having a different light-emitting color. The function layer includes: a light-emitting layer; and a pair of retaining layers which are disposed so as to sandwich the light-emitting layer and which each contain a light-sensitive material and conductor nanoparticles.
