Abstract:
A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a front-facing display unit; a side-facing display unit including a left-side display unit and a right-side display unit; a communication unit for receiving external image data; a sensing unit for sensing a user; and a control unit for controlling an operation of the display device, wherein the control unit is configured to measure the position of the user's eyes inside a vehicle and a distance between the front-facing display unit and the side-facing display unit and the user's eyes by using the sensing unit, calculate the user's visible view and viewing angle through measured data, and process external image data corresponding to the calculated visible view to output the same to the side-facing display unit.
