Abstract:
The present invention provides a display device in which a strong bond can be obtained between an array substrate and micro LEDs when the micro LEDs are mounted thereon. Specifically provided is a display device comprising: a substrate; a drive transistor which is provided above the substrate; a first insulation layer which is provided so as to cover the drive transistor above the substrate; a first mounted electrode which is disposed above the first insulation layer and to which a signal having a controlled current value is applied from the drive transistor; and a light-emitting element which is mounted above the first mounted electrode and has a first electrode and a second electrode, said first electrode being electrically connected to the first mounted electrode. The first mounted electrode and the first electrode are formed from a metal material and are bonded to each other, and the first mounted electrode has at least one through-hole in a position which overlaps with the first electrode in a planar view.
