Abstract:
A first opening (Sa) is provided in an inorganic laminated film (La) for exposing at least a part of the upper surface of a resin substrate layer (10) through the inorganic laminated film (La) between a terminal-side edge (Ea) of the resin substrate layer (10) in a frame region (F) and a display region (D), a first filling layer (21) is provided inside the first opening (Sa) so as to cover an edge thereof, and a plurality of routing wirings (22) are provided in contact with the upper surfaces of the inorganic laminated film (La) and the first filling layer (21) so as to reach the terminal-side edge (Ea), the routing wirings extending parallel to each other in the direction intersecting the terminal-side edge (Ea) in the frame region (F) and being electrically connected to a plurality of terminals (34), respectively.
