Abstract:
In order to enable intuitively understanding three-dimensional positional relations between objects, this display device is provided with: a screen which is configured by arranging sub-screens separated by a prescribed gap and configured from multiple transparent sheets in which phosphors that emit light when excited by light of a specific frequency are dispersed; multiple projection devices which are provided corresponding to each of the multiple sub-screens and which comprise a light source and a spatial modulation element that includes a display surface which displays on the screen a phase distribution for displaying desired display information; and control device which controls the projection devices so as to project the desired display information on the screen.
