Abstract:
This display device is configured such that, when a plurality of casings are to be partially stacked and fixed to a chassis for holding a display unit, the casings are stably fitted and fixed regardless of expansion/contraction of the casings. The display device is provided with: the display unit that displays a video; the chassis for holding the display unit; a first casing that covers the chassis; and a second casing, wherein the first casing has a plate part that is held between the chassis and the second casing, the second casing has a second boss that extends in the chassis direction, the plate part of the first casing has a boss reception section that corresponds to the second boss and a first boss that extends in the chassis direction, a boss abutment surface of the boss reception section is larger than the area of the tip of the second boss, and the shape of the boss abutment surface is longer in the longitudinal direction of the plate part.
