Abstract:
The present application discloses a display device, comprising a light-emitting base layer, a transport layer, a metal layer, and a package layer sequentially stacked. The transport layer comprises conductive leads and test pins; the metal layer comprises a plurality of metal blocks arranged in an array, each of the metal blocks being electrically connected to the test pins by means of the conductive leads; and the package layer is used for blocking external moisture from contacting the metal layer, the moisture blocking effect of the regions in the package layer opposite the metal blocks being determined by means of testing the resistance of the metal blocks electrically connected to the test pins. By means of the change of the resistance of metal blocks, the moisture blocking effect of the regions in the package layer corresponding to the metal blocks can be determined, accurately determining regions of the package layer having a poor moisture blocking effect, being beneficial to finding faults in the manufacturing process of display devices, and being applicable to assessing whether the package process is qualified, improving the yield, being beneficial to reducing production costs.
