Abstract:
A touch panel and a display device. The touch panel comprises a touch area (100) and a peripheral area (200) surrounding the touch area (100), and comprises: a base substrate (1); first touch electrodes (2) and second touch electrodes (3) which are disposed in a crossed manner, and are all disposed on the base substrate (1) and located in the touch area (100); first touch signal lines (4), disposed on the base substrate (1) and located in the peripheral area (200) and electrically connected to the first touch electrodes (2); and shielding wires (7), disposed on the base substrate (1) and located between the first touch signal lines (4) and the touch area (100) and spaced apart from the first touch signal lines (4) and the touch area (100), the shielding wires (7) being in a floating state. A signal-to-noise ratio can be improved.
