Abstract:
The present invention relates to a display device using a semiconductor light-emitting element configured for active matrix (AM) driving, and the purpose of the present invention is to improve luminance non-uniformity between multiple semiconductor light-emitting elements constituting the display device. To this end, the display device using a semiconductor light-emitting element, according to an embodiment, may comprise: a unit light-emitting region including the semiconductor light-emitting element and a driving circuit connected to one end of the semiconductor light-emitting element; a row driver for providing a scan signal to the driving circuit; a column driver for providing a data signal to the driving circuit; a power supply unit which applies a first fixed voltage to the other end of the semiconductor light-emitting element, applies a second fixed voltage to the driving circuit, and forms a potential difference between semiconductor light-emitting elements in response to the scan signal and the data signal; and a voltage varying circuit for receiving a feedback signal from the unit light-emitting region and varying the first fixed voltage or the second fixed voltage in response to the feedback signal.
