Abstract:
According to the present invention, an image acquisition unit 52 acquires an image of the surroundings of a vehicle. A distance acquisition unit 54 acquires the distance from a first object captured in the acquired image. In accordance with the acquired distance, an image processing unit 56 performs image processing reflecting the distance from a second object located below the first object included in the acquired image. A viewpoint conversion processing unit 58 converts the viewpoint of the image having undergone image processing to a viewpoint as seen from above the vehicle. A display processing unit 60 displays the converted image on the display unit 62.
