Abstract:
A display device 100 for a vehicle is provided with a light emitting display unit 20 for emitting display light on a visual recognition side, a first reflecting unit 31 positioned so that at least a portion overlaps the light emitting display unit 20 toward the visual recognition side beyond the light emitting display unit 20 to reflect display light from a portion overlapping the light emitting display unit 20, a second reflecting unit 33 positioned at a position to avoid overlapping the light emitting display unit 20 to reflect to the visual recognition side the display light reflected by the first reflecting unit 31, and a slide mechanism 40 for sliding and moving the first reflecting unit 31 and thereby changing the overlapping position of the first reflecting unit 31 relative to the light emitting display unit 20.
