Abstract:
Provided is a display device for a vending machine capable of displaying various information on a display surface without using a display that can display discrete information and achieving an improvement in visibility. A price display device 100 comprises: a first display unit 200 that includes a light guide plate 230 having a first emission pattern 240 formed on a second principal surface 232, and a first light-emitting element 250 introducing light from a reflection surface 233 of the light guide plate 230 and outputting the light forward from the first emission pattern 240 to thus display the first emission pattern 240; and a second display unit 300 disposed behind the light guide plate 230 and displaying a second emission pattern 340 through the light guide plate 230. The first and second display units 200, 300 are configured such that the region where the first emission pattern 240 is formed and the region where the second emission pattern 340 is formed overlap each other as seen from the front.
