This display device with an input function is provided with a display panel, a touch panel disposed upon the front side of the display panel, and a flexible substrate which is connected to the touch panel and bent toward the back side of the display panel. The touch panel, at a section facing a portion of the flexible substrate, includes a first light-shielding film and a second light-shielding film.
