Abstract:
A display device having radar function to display information necessary for preventing collisions and for navigation, such as azimuth, velocity, direction of the wind, speed of the wind, depth of water or altitude, radar display, and the like. The display unit is equipped with an optical display panel (41) in which a number of electrooptical segments such as liquid crystalline display cells are arranged in the form of polar coordinates. The display panel (41) displays the input data from the sensors that obtain various information, the input data being processed into an easy-to-see form through a processing system which utilizes a microcomputer and the like.
