Abstract:
A back cabinet (7) has a space section, in which a backlight device (4) and a circuit board can be stored, a backlight supporting section that supports the backlight device (4) is provided on the inner wall surface that forms the space section, a panel supporting section that supports a liquid crystal display panel (3) is provided on the peripheral portion of the opening of the space section in the back cabinet (7), and at least the liquid crystal display panel (3), out of the backlight device (4) and the liquid crystal display panel (3), is integrally held to the back cabinet (7) using a screw (22), i.e., a holding member that can be attached from the outside of the back cabinet (7).
