Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a display device capable of preventing light that is incident from a light guide plate from leaking through a gap between optical sheets and an optical-sheet holding member. [Solution] The optical sheets include a plurality of sheet units 31, 32, 33. A storage unit 42 for storing the flanges of the optical sheets has a sub-storage unit 44 for storing the flanges 314, 324 of some sheet units 31, 32. The flange 334 of the other sheet unit 33 excluded from the aforementioned some sheet units 31, 32 is larger than is the sub-storage unit 44. When the flanges 314, 324 of the some sheet units 31, 32 are stored in the sub-storage unit 44, the flange 334 of the other sheet unit 33 is stored in the storage unit 42 so as to cover the sub-storage unit 44 and the some sheet units 31, 32.
