Disclosed are an improved printed circuit board mounting structure to enhance assembly efficiency of a product, and a display device comprising the same. The printed circuit board mounting structure may comprise: a mounting hole member disposed on a printed circuit board and a mounting hole formed through a chassis, to mount the printed circuit board on the chassis without using a screw.
