A display device (1) comprises: a circuit board (501); a heat dissipation element located on the circuit board (501); an insulating and heat conducting structure (202) connected to the heat dissipation element; a heat dissipating plate (201) connected to the insulating and heat conducting structure (202); and a rear case (401) having a depressed portion (410) disposed thereon; wherein the heat dissipating plate (201) is disposed at the depressed portion (410) and is in direct contact with the outside of the display device (1).
