Abstract:
This display device 1 is provided with: a housing 2; a display panel 6; and a diffusion panel 8 and a light source part 10 disposed in a region defined by the housing 2 and the display panel. The diffusion panel 8 has a first surface 8a that faces the surface opposite to the display surface of the display panel 6, and a second surface 8b that is the surface opposite to the first surface 8a. The housing 2 includes: a first part 3 provided with an opening 3a that is closed by the display panel 6; and a resin second part 4 that has an inner surface 41a that faces the second surface 8b, wherein the light source part 10 is disposed on the inner surface 41a. The outermost shell of the display device 1 is formed by the housing 2 and the display panel 6.
