Abstract:
A display device in one embodiment of the present invention has a substrate having flexibility, a plurality of pixels arranged on a first surface of the substrate, and a plurality of mutually distinguishable alignment marks that are arranged along one side of the substrate. The plurality of alignment marks may be arranged in the same layer. When the plurality of pixels include a thin-film transistor, the plurality of alignment marks may be composed of the same metal layer as a metal layer that constitutes the thin-film transistor.
