Abstract:
A display device according to the concept of the present invention comprises: a display panel; a light guide plate disposed behind the display panel; a light source disposed adjacent to a side surface of the light guide plate; a quantum dot transformation member which is disposed inclined relative to the light source, includes quantum dot particles, and transforms the characteristics of light emitted from the light source; and a transparent member which has a first surface facing the light source, a second surface facing the quantum dot transformation member, and a third surface disposed adjacent to the side surface of the light guide plate, and which transmits at least a portion of light incident on the third surface to the side surface of the light guide plate and reflects another portion of the light to the inside thereof.
