Abstract:
An opening (A) is formed in an inorganic film (13a) and an interlayer insulating film (8) in a bending portion (B), the opening passing through these films in the thickness direction; a plurality of the inorganic films (13a) remains like an island in the opening (A); each wire (18h) is provided overlapping a corresponding island of inorganic film (13aa) in the plurality of the inorganic films (13aa); and a metal layer (14f) is provided like an island coming in contact with each wire (18h) between each wire (18h) and the island-shaped inorganic film (13aa) overlapping each wire (18h).
