Abstract:
The present invention provides a display device which suppresses display unevenness that is caused by an alignment film around a contact hole. A display device according to the present invention is provided with an array substrate, a counter substrate and a liquid crystal layer. One surface of the array substrate is provided with: a plurality of signal lines that are arranged at intervals in a first direction; a plurality of scan lines that are arranged at intervals in a second direction; a first organic insulating film; and a second organic insulating film which is provided on the first organic insulating film. A second contact conductive layer is in contact with a first contact conductive layer through a first contact hole that is formed in the first organic insulating film. At least a part of a contact region where the second contact conductive layer is in contact with the first contact conductive layer is covered by the second organic insulating film. A first electrode and the second contact conductive layer are electrically connected to each other through a second contact hole that is formed in the second organic insulating film. In addition, the first contact hole and the second contact hole are apart from each other in the second direction.
