Abstract:
A display device comprises: a base substrate including a display area in which an image is displayed and a peripheral area which is a non-display area adjacent to the display area; a plurality of pixels which are arranged within the display area on the base substrate and each of which includes a thin film transistor including an oxide semiconductor pattern; a data driving unit disposed within the peripheral area and providing a data voltage to the pixels; and a plurality of test patterns which are arranged within the peripheral area on the base substrate and each of which includes a test thin film transistor including a test oxide semiconductor pattern.
