Abstract:
A display device (1A) comprises: insulating silicon nitride-based films (insulating layers 11a, 11b, 11c in circuit layer 10) that cover a plurality of thin film transistors provided on a substrate (100) to each of a plurality of pixels; and sealing silicon nitride-based films (41, 43) that cover a plurality of self-luminous elements. Furthermore, the display device (1A) has a conductive film (50) that has light transmittance, is disposed between the sealing silicon nitride-based films (41, 43) and a circularly polarizing plate (70), and covers the entire area of the insulating silicon nitride-based films (11a, 11b, 11c) and the entire area of the sealing silicon nitride-based films (41, 43).
