Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a TFT layer (4); a light emitting element layer (5) that includes a first electrode, a light emitting layer, and a second electrode; a wavelength conversion layer (43) that is formed as a layer above the light emitting element layer and converts the color of the light from the light emitting layer; a dielectric layer (45) that is formed as a layer above the wavelength conversion layer; and a particle layer (47) that is formed as a layer above the dielectric layer and that includes metal nanoparticles (NP) each having a core and a shell around the core.
