Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress the influence of static electricity. A display device having a plurality of pixel electrodes (56), a plurality of pixel circuits (58) located below the plurality of pixel electrodes (56), a plurality of scan lines (62) each of which is connected to one corresponding group of the plurality of pixel circuits (58), and a scan line drive circuit (64) for selectively sending a scan signal to the plurality of scan lines (62). The plurality of pixel electrodes (56) include a plurality of effective pixel electrodes (38) respectively corresponding to a plurality of pixels constituting a displayed image, and a plurality of dummy pixel electrodes (60) not corresponding to any of the plurality of pixels, the dummy pixel electrodes (60) being provided between the plurality of effective pixel electrodes (38) and the scan drive circuit (64). Each of the plurality of effective pixel electrodes (38) is connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of pixel circuits (58). Each of the plurality of scan lines (62) is electrically connected to the scan drive circuit (64) via at least a corresponding one of the plurality of dummy pixel electrodes (60).
