Abstract:
Provided is a display device with which a novel effect is obtained by adding further display to a segment display scheme. This display device comprises a display panel 3 that issues a notification of predetermined information, a light-guide member 4 positioned behind the display panel 3, a case member 6 that holds the display panel 3 and the light-guide member 4, and a light source 8 that guides light into the light-guide member 4 and illuminates the display panel 3, wherein the display device has colored parts 43 between the display panel 3 and the light-guide member 4. The display panel 3 is a semi-transmissive panel having a reflective layer formed on the back surface.
