Abstract:
A display device is provided. The display device comprises: a substrate; a first electrode and a second electrode, which are disposed on the substrate and spaced apart from each other; a light emitting device disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; an insulating pattern disposed on the light emitting device; a first contact electrode disposed on one side of the insulating pattern to be in contact with the first electrode and one end of the light emitting device; and a second contact electrode disposed on the other side of the insulating pattern to be in contact with the second electrode and the other end of the light emitting device, wherein the surface of the insulating pattern includes an uneven pattern.
