Provided is a display device facilitating higher definition. Provided is a display device having both high display quality and high definition. Provided is a display device having high contrast. The present invention is a display device including an insulation layer, a first lower electrode, a first EL layer upon the first lower electrode, a second lower electrode, a second EL layer upon the second lower electrode, and an upper electrode upon the first EL layer, upon the second EL layer, and upon the insulation layer, wherein the first EL layer includes a first light-emitting layer, the second EL layer includes a second light-emitting layer, the first EL layer and the second EL layer are adjacent, the insulation layer includes a resin or a resin precursor, and the insulation layer includes a region interposed between a first end surface of the first EL layer and a second end surface of the second EL layer.
