Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a display device with improved light emission efficiency and, more specifically, comprises: a plurality of pixels; a light-emitting element provided to each of the plurality of pixels, the light-emitting element having a first surface and a second surface facing each other; a first electrode electrically connected to the first surface of the light-emitting element; a second electrode electrically connected to the second surface of the light-emitting element; and a metal oxide pattern interposed between the second surface of the light-emitting element and the second electrode. The metal oxide pattern comprises a first area and a second area, wherein the first area surrounds the second area and the second area has a contact hole that exposes at least part of the second surface, the second electrode is connected to the second surface through the contact hole, and the first area and the second area have different crystalline phases from each other.
