Abstract:
Provided is a display device having a high display quality. Provided is a highly reliable display device. Provided is a display device having a low power consumption. In the display device, a light-emitting element is electrically connected to one of the source and drain of a first transistor, the other of the source and drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to one of the source and drain of a second transistor, the gate electrode of the second transistor is electrically connected to one of the source and drain of a third transistor, each of a semiconductor layer of the second transistor and a semiconductor layer of the third transistor contains indium, zinc and a third metal, the semiconductor layer of the second transistor has the ratio of the number of indium atoms to the total sum of the numbers of atoms of indium, zinc, and the third metal being 30 atom%-100 atom% inclusive, and the second transistor has a function of controlling the light emission amount of the light-emitting element.
