A display device (10), comprising: a circuit board (121, 122), a display panel (140), a plurality of clock signal lines (CLK), and a plurality of ground capacitors (C), wherein the display panel (140) is connected to the circuit board (121, 122); each clock signal line (CLK) extends from the circuit board (121, 122) to the display panel (140); and the plurality of ground capacitors (C) are disposed on the circuit board (121, 122), and each ground capacitor (C) is connected to a corresponding clock signal line (CLK).
