Abstract:
This display device comprises a light-emitting element (230), a first transistor (210), and a second transistor (220), wherein: the first transistor includes a first gate electrode (204_1), a first insulating film (206) provided on the first gate electrode, a first oxide semiconductor layer (208_1) provided on the first insulating film and having a region overlapping the first gate electrode, a second insulating film (212) provided on the first oxide semiconductor layer and having a film thickness that is less than the film thickness of the first insulating film, and a first conductive layer (214_1) provided on the second insulating film; and the second transistor includes a first insulating film, a second oxide semiconductor layer (208_2) provided on the first insulating film, a second insulating film provided on the first oxide semiconductor layer and the second oxide semiconductor layer, and a second gate electrode (214_2) provided on the second insulating film and having a region overlapping the second oxide semiconductor layer.
