Abstract:
A pixel array unit (10) is configured from a plurality of pixels that are each provided with a light emitting element and a pixel circuit for causing the light emitting element to emit light, and are disposed in a two-dimensional matrix. Data lines (70) are disposed for respective columns of the pixel array unit (10) and transmit image signals of pixels. A first pixel group (121) is configured from pixels disposed in a plurality of adjacent rows. A second pixel group (122) is configured from pixels disposed in a plurality of adjacent rows, and disposed adjacent to the first pixel group (122). To the pixels of the first pixel group (121), image signals are transmitted in common column by column via the data lines (70), and to the pixels of the second pixel group (122), image signals are transmitted in common column by column via data lines different from the data lines for transmitting the image signals to the first pixel group (121).
