Abstract:
This display device comprises: a light emitting element disposed in a display region on a substrate; a pad part disposed in a pad region on the substrate and including a plurality of output pads; a driving chip; and a control signal wire. The driving chip includes: a base part which faces the substrate, overlaps the pad region, and includes dummy bump regions, an output bump region located between the dummy bump regions, and a data output region located between the dummy bump regions; a plurality of dummy bumps which are attached to the bottom surface of the base part and overlap the dummy bump regions and the output bump region; a plurality of output bumps which are attached to the bottom surface of the base part, overlap the output bump region, and are connected in parallel to each other via transistors; and a plurality of detection bumps which are attached to the bottom surface of the base part, electrically connected to respective output bumps among the output bumps, and overlap the output bump region. The control signal wire is electrically connected to the output bumps via the transistors.
