Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a display driving method based on frame data, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving frame data to be displayed, and calculating an APL percentage of frame data by means of an analysis unit; performing HDR processing on the frame data on the basis of the APL percentage of the frame data, and transmitting, to a display driving circuit, the frame data which has been subjected to the HDR processing; and the display driving circuit driving, on the basis of the APL percentage of the frame data, a display screen to display the frame data which has been subjected to the HDR processing. By means of the present application, an APL percentage of frame data to be displayed can be intelligently identified, and HDR processing can be performed on said frame data on the basis of the APL percentage of said frame data, such that the HDR processing mode of the frame data matches the characteristics of the frame data, the display effect of the frame data on a display screen is optimized, and the visual effect is effectively improved when a user browses the frame data.
