Abstract:
Provided are a display filter, in which a substrate is made of only one sheet of
plastic film so as to lower the price, in which a laminate having a conductive layer
and a functional layer is used for the substrate and in which an electrode capable
of conducting with a display casing is disposed in the peripheral portion of the
laminate, and a method for manufacturing the display filter. The display filter
comprises a laminate including a conductive layer having a conductive mesh,
one sheet of plastic film arranged on only one side of the conductive layer, and
a functional layer arranged on a viewing side with respect to the conductive layer
and the plastic film and having at least one function selected from a reflection
preventing function, a hard coating function and a glare shielding function.
The display filter is characterized in that the peripheral portion of the laminate
has such a gap partially at its portion as extends from the functional layer side
surface through the functional layer to at least the conductive layer.
