Abstract:
A semiconductor package comprises: a case including a wall portion for encompassing a space in which a semiconductor chip is mounted; a prism surface including prism mountains and valleys; and a plane surface facing the prism surface, wherein the prism surface faces the semiconductor chip, the plane surface is attached to a cover, and the prism surface can have a dam formed in an extending direction different from the extending direction of the prism mountains.
